Meet the Founder & CEO
Ashley Javaheri, RN, BSN, is the Founder and CEO of Java Concierge, a luxury healthcare and wellness company built around one standard: exceptional care should feel as personal as it is clinical.
Ashley’s career has been shaped by some of the most demanding environments in healthcare. Her clinical background spans oncology, perioperative nursing, surgical recovery, and private-duty care, with experience at leading medical institutions in both Los Angeles and New York. She has worked closely with prominent surgeons, physicians, and highly discerning patients, giving her a unique understanding of what sophisticated, high-touch healthcare should look like.
Her path into medicine was deeply personal. After witnessing her mother’s battle with cancer, Ashley chose nursing with a clear sense of purpose. That experience shaped the way she approaches every patient: with clinical precision, relentless attention to detail, and an understanding that how someone is cared for matters just as much as the treatment itself.
Her work has also taken her across the world. Through international humanitarian missions in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Central America, Ashley has provided medical and surgical care to underserved communities in some of the most challenging clinical settings.
Java Concierge was created from everything she believed was missing from traditional healthcare: continuity, accessibility, personalization, discretion, and an uncompromising level of service.
