Before Your Surgery

Your journey begins with a personal consultation. We’ll discuss your procedure, any travel logistics our travel concierge team can accommodate for you, your preferences, budget, and any additional services you may want to include. Together, we’ll build a tailored care plan designed around your unique needs. We’ll also go over supplies, including an optional pre-assembled recovery kit we can provide to take the pressure off you.

The Day Before Surgery

The nurse assigned to your care will call you directly to introduce herself and walk you through the details of what to expect. She’ll answer any last-minute questions, ease any concerns, and from that moment forward, you’re no longer doing this alone.

The Moment Recovery Begins

As you open your eyes after surgery, your nurse will be right there holding your hand, calming your breath, and ensuring your comfort. She’ll dress you, arrange your Uber Black, and accompany you safely to your home or hotel. If possible, we’ll coordinate early hotel check-in in advance to make your transition effortless and prepare your room prior to arrival. Once you arrive, you’ll be tucked into bed with your vital signs closely monitored, pain carefully managed, and wound care professionally handled using sterile technique and best practices. Swelling is addressed immediately with proper icing and positioning.

Everything Handled

You won’t need to think about a thing. Meals will be arranged ahead of time, your favorites delivered, light meals prepared, or menus coordinated to your liking. Hotel check-ins, communication with your surgeon, post-op appointments, we manage it all. Add-on services like IV hydration, lymphatic massage, and more are seamlessly integrated into your care plan as desired. Family updates are handled with care, so they’re reassured and you’re free to focus on yourself.

We Are With You Every Step

We’ll help you shower, assist with dressing, support your bathroom needs, and ensure you feel clean, safe, and nurtured throughout. When it’s time to leave, we’ll pack your bags, review your discharge instructions, and coordinate with your loved ones for a smooth transition. Even after we go, our support doesn’t end. You’ll have a direct line to us because your well-being remains our priority long after your care window closes.
