About Our Nurses
TEAM OF 40+ NURSES
As the owner of Java Concierge, I want to share something very personal with you. The team of nurses we send into your home, the people who care for you during some of your most vulnerable moments, are not just staff. They are family.
Natasha, our CEO has been doing this work for nearly 30 years and staffing nurses for nearly 20 years. She built this team with love, wisdom, and unmatched dedication. These are nurses she has handpicked over decades, and when I began working alongside them over a decade ago, I immediately felt what made them different. I have had the honor of working alongside them ever since.
This is a group of nurses I would trust without question to care for my own mother. They are experienced, skilled, compassionate, and grounded in the kind of care you cannot teach, care that comes from the heart. I have watched them show up, time and time again, not just with clinical excellence, but with genuine love for what they do and for the people they serve.
These are the nurses I have learned from. I have celebrated with and stood shoulder to shoulder with them in the field. They are in this for the right reasons. And when one of them is chosen to care for you, know this, I trust them with my life. That is the standard we uphold at Java Concierge.
We do not hire new graduates. Every nurse on our team brings years of experience and is capable of working independently while creating a safe, peaceful, and professional environment for your recovery. This team has been built with intention, refined over decades, and held to the highest standard of care.
When you invite us in, you are not just receiving medical care. You are receiving a level of presence, respect, and support that we give to our own loved ones. And that is what makes working with us so unique.
About the founder
Ashley Javaheri, RN, BSN
As the founder of Java Concierge, I am deeply committed to elevating the standard of nursing care. Growing up in Calabasas, California, I experienced firsthand the profound impact of compassionate nursing when my mother battled stage 3 colon cancer during my college years. Witnessing the nurses who played a crucial role in her recovery inspired me to pursue a career where I could provide that same level of care to others.
My academic journey began at UCLA, where I earned my BA, followed by graduating from Roseman University with a nursing degree and achieving a perfect 4.0 GPA—a testament to my unwavering dedication to excellence. My career began in New York City, where I refined my skills as a clinical and private duty nurse under the mentorship of renowned facial plastic surgeon Dr. David Rosenberg. This experience in cosmetic post-operative recovery opened doors to roles at prestigious institutions such as Mount Sinai, NYU, and NY Presbyterian. As an operating room nurse, I mastered surgical procedures and postoperative care, further deepening my expertise.
My two years of oncology experience hold a special place in my heart, shaped by my personal journey with both parents. This experience has not only refined my IV skills and expertise in mixing medications but also prepared me to excel as an IV hydration nurse, where I continue to make a meaningful impact.
Building strong connections with my patients is at the core of my practice. I strive to create a nurturing environment filled with trust and comfort, ensuring the best possible outcomes and leaving a lasting positive impression during challenging times. For me, nursing is not just a profession but a calling fueled by dedication and compassion.
Beyond my clinical work, I dedicate time annually to humanitarian efforts, volunteering in countries such as Nigeria, India, Morocco, Egypt, and Nicaragua with organizations like Doctors Without Borders and Operation Smile. These experiences allow me to provide essential healthcare services to underserved communities.
In loving memory of my late father, Manouchehr Javaheri, I dedicate Java Concierge in his honor. The name "Java" stems from his name, a tribute to the enduring values he instilled in me: hard work, independence, and the art of connecting with people. My father was a true people's person, whose charisma left an indelible mark on everyone he met. His legacy inspires the heart of this business, reminding me daily to work hard and uphold the resilience and determination he exemplified throughout his life. Java Concierge embodies these principles, ensuring a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.

I have earned a reputation for clinical excellence and high patient satisfaction, setting a new benchmark for white-glove recovery services.
My experience in medical device sales, where I collaborated with top surgeons to introduce advanced wound care technologies, further enhances my ability to integrate innovative solutions into patient care. At Java Concierge, I apply this insight to expand our services, develop meaningful partnerships, and continuously raise the standard of what luxury private nursing can be.
Above all, I believe in delivering care that feels personal. Whether clients are recovering from plastic surgery, receiving IV therapy, or in need of around-the-clock support, I am proud to stand behind a team that is as compassionate as it is clinically capable.
My mission is simple: to elevate aftercare into an experience that is safe, seamless, and truly restorative. Through dedication, strategic growth, and a deep-rooted passion for patient-centered care, I am honored to lead Java Concierge into the future of luxury nursing.
