MIND + BODY
A Deeper Kind of Wellness
At Java Concierge, we believe true wellness is the connection between mind, body, and self. Through personalized, holistic care, we create space to slow down, restore balance, and reconnect from within.
Our Mind + Body experiences complement our clinical approach to wellness by focusing on the nervous system, movement, breath, mindfulness, and the deeper connection between how we feel physically and how we experience the world around us.

Holistic & Spiritual Wellness Guide | Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher | Somatic Practitioner | Transformational Breathwork Facilitator
Francesca Tryon is a Registered Nurse and holistic wellness practitioner whose work bridges clinical knowledge with the restorative practices of yoga, somatics, breathwork, meditation, and energy work.
With a background in surgical nursing—including the operating room, PACU, and post-surgical care—Francesca brings a unique understanding of the body, nervous system, and mind-body connection to her practice. Her years in nursing shaped her belief that true well-being extends beyond the physical body and that creating space for stillness, awareness, and connection can be an important part of caring for the whole person.
Alongside her clinical career, Francesca has completed 500+ hours of yoga teacher training, with specialized education in trauma-informed yoga, integrative somatic trauma practices, restorative and Yin yoga, transformational breathwork, hypnotherapy, NLP, Reiki, meditation, and mindfulness.
Her approach is deeply personalized. Rather than relying on a single modality, Francesca draws from her diverse training to create an experience based on the individual in front of her—integrating movement, breath, somatic awareness, meditation, restorative practices, and energy work according to each client's needs and intentions.
At the heart of Francesca's work is the nervous system. She creates intentional experiences designed to help clients slow down, reconnect with their bodies, cultivate greater self-awareness, release physical and emotional tension, and return to a more grounded and present state.
Francesca's approach is compassionate, intuitive, and deeply embodied. Whether working one-on-one or guiding a Nervous System Reset experience, her intention is to create a safe, grounded space where clients can step away from the demands of everyday life, reconnect inward, and cultivate a deeper relationship with their body, mind, and sense of self.

Somatic movement is a body-centered practice focused on interoception—the ability to notice and interpret sensations occurring within the body.
Francesca guides clients through slow, intentional movements while bringing awareness to areas of tension, holding patterns, breathing, posture, and physical sensations.
A session may incorporate gentle rocking, stretching, shaking, joint mobility, grounding through the feet, self-contact, and periods of stillness.
Instead of focusing on how a movement looks, the attention shifts toward how the movement feels.
The intention is to strengthen body awareness, recognize patterns of tension or bracing, and explore movement that creates a greater sense of ease, grounding, and connection to the body.
-
Trauma-informed yoga approaches traditional yoga through a framework emphasizing choice, predictability, body awareness, and personal autonomy.
Rather than following a one-size-fits-all sequence, Francesca offers choices in movement, positioning, intensity, and rest throughout the practice.
Sessions may incorporate gentle Vinyasa movement, grounding exercises, Yin postures, restorative positions supported by props, mindful breathing, and guided body awareness.
The emphasis isn't on flexibility or achieving the perfect pose. It is about learning to listen to your body, recognize physical sensations, and move in a way that feels supportive and intentional.
-
Transformational breathwork is an active, guided breathing practice that intentionally alters the natural rhythm of the breath for a period of time to create a focused and immersive mind-body experience.
Francesca guides the breathing pattern throughout the session while the client rests comfortably and directs attention inward. Music, verbal guidance, periods of active breathing, and intentional rest may be incorporated.
Clients may experience physical sensations such as tingling, temperature changes, changes in muscle tension, shifts in awareness, or emotional expression. Every person's experience is different.
Following the active breathing portion, Francesca incorporates a period of stillness and integration, allowing time to observe and process the experience before returning to normal activity.
-
Meditation is the practice of intentionally directing and observing attention rather than automatically following every thought, emotion, or external stimulus.
Francesca's guided practices may incorporate breath-focused meditation, body scanning, visualization, sensory awareness, mantra, mindfulness, and guided relaxation.
You do not need to know how to meditate or be able to “turn your mind off.”
Instead, the practice teaches you to notice when attention has wandered and gently bring awareness back to the present moment.
Over time, meditation can become a practical tool for developing greater awareness of thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and habitual reactions while creating more intentional moments of stillness in everyday life.
-
The autonomic nervous system continually responds to information from both inside and outside the body and plays an important role in states of activation, alertness, relaxation, and recovery.
Francesca's nervous-system-focused practices may combine breathing techniques, grounding, sensory orientation, gentle movement, body awareness, restorative positioning, and mindfulness.
A session may involve noticing points of contact with the floor, orienting visually to the surrounding environment, using rhythmic movement, observing areas of muscular tension, working intentionally with the breath, or transitioning between movement and stillness.
Rather than trying to force the body to relax, clients develop greater awareness of their own physiological state and explore practical tools for grounding and self-regulation.
-
Reiki is a Japanese complementary wellness practice traditionally based on the concept of universal life energy.
During a Reiki experience, the client remains fully clothed and rests comfortably while Francesca places her hands lightly on—or slightly above—different areas of the body.
Unlike massage, Reiki does not involve manipulation of muscles or tissues. The experience centers around stillness, focused attention, intentional rest, and energetic connection.
Some clients describe sensations of warmth, tingling, heaviness, lightness, or deep relaxation, while others simply experience a quiet period of rest.
Reiki may be experienced independently or incorporated into meditation, restorative practices, or breathwork.
-
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice in which primarily floor-based postures are held for longer periods of time. The extended holds create an opportunity to explore physical sensation, stillness, breath, and mindful awareness.
Restorative Yoga emphasizes support and minimal physical effort. Bolsters, blankets, blocks, and other props are used to support the body comfortably in each position, creating an environment for intentional physical rest.
Together, these slower practices offer an alternative to more active styles of yoga and create space for stillness, body awareness, and mindful breathing.
-
Hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation, focused attention, imagery, and suggestion to create a deeply concentrated state of awareness. The client remains conscious and able to communicate throughout the experience.
Francesca may incorporate visualization, guided imagery, language patterns, and focused suggestions based on the client's individual intentions.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) explores relationships between language, thought patterns, internal experiences, and behavior. Techniques may include reframing language, visualization, identifying habitual patterns, and exploring how a client internally represents an experience.
Francesca may integrate elements of hypnotherapy and NLP into her broader approach to personal growth and self-awareness when appropriate.
A Personalized Approach to Mind-Body Wellness
Francesca believes that meaningful wellness begins with understanding the individual.
Every client starts with a private consultation to explore where they are physically and emotionally, what they are seeking, and which practices may best support their intentions.
Sessions may incorporate somatic movement, trauma-informed yoga, transformational breathwork, meditation, restorative practices, Reiki, hypnosis, NLP techniques, and intuitive wellness guidance.
Rather than approaching each modality separately, Francesca draws from her extensive training to create an experience specifically tailored to the person in front of her.
