As many of my clients know, I have been very cautious about launching a GLP-1 program. Not because I do not believe in the medication, but because I believe weight loss deserves more care, structure, and accountability than simply writing a prescription.

I created this program to offer a safer, more complete approach to medical weight loss — one that supports the whole person, not just the number on the scale.

Every client in our GLP-1 program is supported through three essential pillars: medical oversight, nutrition guidance, and private training.

Our Nurse Practitioner evaluates your labs, health history, goals, and progress to determine whether GLP-1 therapy is appropriate and how to use it safely and effectively. The goal is always to use the lowest effective strategy, monitor your response closely, and support long-term health — not keep you dependent on medication.

Our nutritionist helps you understand how to nourish your body, improve your food choices, support your metabolism, and build habits that feel realistic and sustainable. This is where education matters, because medication can support appetite and weight loss, but it cannot teach you how to eat for your body long term.

Our private trainer helps you move safely, build strength, protect lean muscle mass, improve body composition, and create consistency with exercise. This is especially important while losing weight because the goal is not just to lose pounds — it is to protect your muscle, preserve your strength, and feel better in your body.

My role is to oversee the bigger picture. I am here to advocate for you, check in on your progress, hold you accountable, and make sure every part of the program is working together. I want to know that you are eating, moving, building better habits, and making decisions that support your long-term health.

At Java Concierge, GLP-1s are not offered alone. You must participate in the full program because I believe that is the safest and most effective way forward. Medication is one tool, but the real transformation comes from the habits, education, strength, and confidence you build along the way.

My clients know I love them and want what is best for them. This program was created from that place — with care, structure, honesty, and the goal of helping you lose weight safely, feel supported, and eventually maintain your results with less reliance on medication.

Our GLP-1 program is led by a Nurse Practitioner who looks beyond the prescription to understand the full picture — your labs, health history, lifestyle, nutrition, movement, muscle health, goals, and how your body is responding throughout the process.

Every decision is made with precision and care: what is safe, what is effective, what is necessary, and what will best support your long-term success. Her philosophy is not to keep you dependent on medication, but to help you achieve results while building the habits, strength, and foundation to sustain them.

When clinically appropriate, she may also incorporate peptide support to help preserve lean muscle mass, support muscle tone, and enhance body composition in a thoughtful and medically guided way.

Robin DeCicco is a New York City-based holistic nutritionist who brings a thoughtful, realistic, and highly personalized approach to nutrition and long-term wellness.

Her philosophy is centered around sustainable change — helping clients take intentional steps toward better habits, stronger food choices, and a healthier relationship with food. Rather than overwhelming clients with restrictive plans, Robin focuses on education, consistency, and practical strategies that fit into real life.

Through her private practice and signature program, The Power of Food Education, Robin combines current nutrition science with behavioral strategies designed to support lasting wellness. She works with each client individually, helping them understand what their body needs, how to make better choices, and how to build a lifestyle that feels nourishing, realistic, and sustainable.

As part of our concierge wellness and weight loss program, Robin supports clients with personalized nutrition guidance, accountability, education, and habit-building — helping them feel informed, empowered, and supported throughout their health journey.

Daniel Flores leads our concierge private training program with a personalized, flexible approach designed around your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. Whether you prefer to train at home, in a private gym, at your club, or virtually, Daniel brings the program to you.

He creates a customized fitness plan based on where you are starting, what your body needs, and what you are working toward — whether that is weight loss, strength, muscle tone, improved mobility, better body composition, or simply building consistency.

Daniel’s approach goes beyond the workout itself. He teaches proper form, helps you understand what is best for your body, holds you accountable, and motivates you through each stage of your progress. His goal is to help you feel stronger, more capable, and more confident so you can continue building on your results long after each session ends.

This is private training with structure, accountability, and concierge-level support — designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay committed to the work that gets you there.
